3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions
Prohibition on Copying Architecture: The unique architecture, design patterns, component structure, data pipeline implementation, UI/UX design, and engineering methodologies employed in NexusIntel are proprietary intellectual property. You are expressly prohibited from:
- Copying, replicating, or reverse-engineering the platform architecture or any portion thereof
- Creating derivative works, clones, or competing platforms based on NexusIntel's design or implementation
- Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data for redistribution
- Decompiling, disassembling, or deriving source code from the compiled application
- Using automated tools to replicate the platform's functionality or interface
Violation of these provisions will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist notices, DMCA takedowns, and civil litigation seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access, data scraping, distribution of malware, harassment, impersonation, and any activity that disrupts the Platform's operations.
